HALLOWEEN CARDS AND PUMPKINS CONTESTS 2018-2019

Cultural awareness and expression is one of the key competences that students must develop and in relation to this, the English Department organized Halloween Cards and Pumpkin Curving Contests among the students of 1^st and 2^nd year high school students. CONCURSOS DE LAS TARJETAS Y LAS CALABAZAS DE HALLOWEEN

La conciencia y expresiones culturales es una de las competencias clave que los estudiantes deben desarrollar y, en relación con esto, el Departamento de Inglés organizó los Concursos de las tarjetas y Calabazas de Halloween entre los estudiantes de 1º y 2º de ESO. A continuación puedes encontrar algunas entradas y los ganadores.

MAGAZINES

A Key Competence is the ability to integrate knowledge, skills and behaviour in a practical way to solve problems and react appropriately in a variety of contexts and situations.

In relation to this, 2^nd Year High School students (2º ESO) were challenged to create their magazines as a project for the 2^nd Trimester. This Social Task deals with the following Key Competences: Linguistic communication, Learning to learn, Social and civic competence, Digital competence, Cultural awareness and expression, Sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, Mathematical competence and basic competences in science and technology.

For this project, students used several resources to elaborate their magazines among them were computer/ tablets, internet, art supplies, among others. While there were errors and missing elements, they have intended to collaborate and create their magazines. Click the cover pages to see the entire magazine of each group.

REVISTAS

Una competencia clave es la capacidad de integrar conocimientos, habilidades y comportamientos de una manera práctica para resolver problemas y reaccionar adecuadamente en una variedad de contextos y situaciones.

En relación con esto, se desafió a los estudiantes de 2º ESO a crear sus revistas como un proyecto para el 2º trimestre. Esta tarea social se ocupa de las siguientes competencias clave: comunicación lingüística, aprendizaje para aprender, competencia social y cívica, competencia digital, conciencia y expresiones culturales, sentido de iniciativa y espíritu empresarial, competencia matemática y competencias básicas en ciencia y tecnología.
